Screening Definitions
There are many uses of the word 'screen' which often causes confusion. For
example:
- A 'screen' can be the form that is used to collect data
- A 'screen' can refer to the actual set of data
- A 'screen' can be the event in which data is collected.
For clarification purposes, the following words are used through out the DWP:
- A 'screen' refers to the event in which specfic data is collected from the
dancer.
- A 'form' is the data collection instrument. Templates are
used as models for the development for forms.
- A 'data set' is the data collected via a form for any given screening event.
